Who we are

This online store (quisaco.com) is operated by Moisés de Jesús Castro Cuevas, an individual who sells under the trade name QUISACO (“QUISACO”), with address at Calle Terremoto No. 10, San Mateo Xóloc, Tepotzotlán, Estado de México, C.P. 54602, phone 55 6084 5688 and email contact@quisaco.com. By making a purchase you accept these terms.

Products

  • We sell sanitizers, disinfectants, detergents and reagents for industrial and professional use.
  • The information for each product comes from its technical data sheet. Images are for illustration and the container may vary.
  • You are responsible for using each product according to its technical data sheet and the regulations that apply to your activity.

Safe handling of chemical products

  • Read the technical data sheet before using any product.
  • Wear rubber gloves and safety glasses when handling them.
  • Do not mix products with each other: for example, chlorinated products must not be mixed with acids.
  • Store them in a cool, dry, ventilated place, in their original container tightly closed and out of the reach of children.
  • In case of eye contact, rinse with plenty of water and seek medical attention.

Prices and payments

  • Prices are in Mexican pesos (MXN) and include VAT (IVA). They do not include shipping, which is shown at checkout before you pay.
  • We accept credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
  • We may change prices without notice; the price you pay is the one shown when you confirm your order.

Orders

Our products are supplied to order. If a product becomes unavailable after your purchase, we will let you know and offer to wait, exchange it for another product or receive a full refund.

Invoicing

You can request your electronic invoice (CFDI 4.0) within the same calendar month as your purchase, with your RFC, name or company name, tax regime, tax postal code and CFDI use. Sales that are not invoiced individually are included in the global invoice, as required by the SAT.

Shipping, cancellations and returns

These are governed by our Shipping policy and our Refund policy.

Personal data

We process your data in accordance with our Privacy notice.

Liability

QUISACO is not liable for damage resulting from using the products other than as indicated in their technical data sheet, from mixing them with other substances or from improper storage.

Governing law and complaints

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States, in particular the Federal Consumer Protection Law. If you have a complaint, please write to us first at contact@quisaco.com; you can also contact the Federal Consumer Protection Agency (PROFECO).
